Remembrance Of Who I Am (All That She Wants)
Molto probabilmente la canzone risale all'estate del 2006, quando Britney pubblicò nel suo sito ufficiale una poesia intitolata Remembrance Of Who I Am. Era evidente lo sfogo e la rabbia che covava sotto una vita apparentemente tutta rose e fiori, minacciata solo dalla pressione sempre più insostenibile dei media, ed è sicuramente da considerarsi uno dei suoi migliori lavori di scrittura. Nella canzone, alla seconda strofa ritroviamo proprio alcuni versi di questa composizione, e ciò ci spinge a preferire come titolo lo stesso della poesia. Il tutto viene intervallato dalla citazione, nel ritornello, della hit degli anni '90 All That She Wants degli Ace Of Base, dietro alla quale (che sia solo una coincidenza?) stava un emergente Max Martin. Il risultato è un brano di rara malinconia, che fa riflettere sulla storia del matrimonio di Britney e su quali possano essere stati i retroscena, quelli che non si riuscivano a vedere dietro le lenti dei paparazzi.
Purtroppo, non siamo ancora a conoscenza dei crediti ulteriori di scrittura e di chi sia il produttore. Il fatto che vi sia la citazione degli Ace Of Base potrebbe suggerire una produzione di Jonathan JR Rotem, vista la sua passione per il campionamento, ma nulla è sicuro.
